Molt Legal Partners has partnered with a highly respected Milwaukee-based estate planning firm to identify an experienced Estate Planning Paralegal to join their team.
This is an opportunity to work closely with attorneys serving high-net-worth clients, including business owners, where precision, professionalism, and discretion are essential.
The Role
In this position, you will play a key role in supporting sophisticated estate planning matters from start to finish.
Responsibilities include:
Drafting estate planning documents, including:
Wills
Trusts
Powers of Attorney
ancillary documents, etc.
Assisting with planning strategies for high-net-worth individuals and business owners
Managing client files and maintaining strict confidentiality
Communicating with clients in a professional and polished manner
Supporting attorneys throughout the planning and execution process
What Theyβre Looking For
Prior experience as an estate planning paralegal
Strong drafting skills with the ability to work with minimal supervision
Experience working with high-net-worth or high-profile clients preferred
High level of discretion and professionalism (non-negotiable)
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Experience with Clio and Microsoft Office 365 is a plus
Compensation & Benefits
Salary: $65,000 β $75,000+ (flexible for the right candidate)
